Creative Writing

Spring 2011 marked the 42nd anniversary of the creative writing and recognition project of the Hays Arts Council.  It invited the creative talents of Ellis County students (kindergarten through 12th grade) and recognized the outstanding achievements with 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place awards of merit in both prose and poetry (and the publication of winning entries) with a reception held in the FHSU Memorial Union.
