“Kansas Day” Residency
Music Celebrations with Kelly Werts

Kansas City musician Kelly Werts was selected as the performing artist for the Hays Arts Council 2010 Kansas Day
Music residency January 26 to 29 in the 12 elementary schools in Hays, Ellis, Victoria, Plainville, and LaCrosse. 
Performing on guitar, fiddle, spoons & cigar box fiddle, Kelly shared songs and stories of the early Kansas settlers.
