Smoky Hill Art Exhibition
 

The Smoky Hill Art Exhibition is the Hays Arts Council’s annual state-wide, juried fine art competition.  At the juror’s discretion, a total of $2,000 in cash prizes will be awarded. The HAC also promotes a purchase award program among its patrons.

The Exhibition runs April through June each year and
opens with a Spring Gallery Walk & Reception.
